Anya was my group’s travel counselor for a 2-week trip I took last fall. From the get-go, I was impressed with her thoroughness and responsiveness. While I was in Thailand, I had an issue with a hostel I was staying in (that I’d booked myself, not through Anya) and needed to quickly find another place in the city to stay.
